Caller Identification:
Designed as the front-end of an IVR (Integrated Voice Response) system, this application determines who is calling and why by collecting and validating member and provider identification and presenting the caller with choices of available services. This application can be expanded to include SpeechSecure™ software for biometric verification of a caller's voice and SpeakFreely™ software to allow for an open-ended dialogue with a speech service rather than navigating the caller through a series of menu options.

Check Eligibility:
Designed primarily for physicians calling to confirm patient eligibility for coverage of a specific procedure, effective date of coverage, co-payment information, etc.

Claims Status:
Provides providers and members with the real-time status of previously filed claims including processed claims, payment amount on date, delayed claims and an explanation of delayed claims.

Order ID Cards/Printed Materials:
Application collects member information such as social security number, date of birth and phone number to confirm name and mailing address and provide caller with the expected date of delivery or mailing date of printed information and ID cards.

Physician Finder:
Members can search for a doctor based on location, specialty, hospital and other criteria. Physician Finder application reads back the results and members can select a specific doctor to listen to more information, including telephone numbers, office hours and locations.

Prescription Refill:
Members can use their prescription ID to refill authorized prescriptions.

Verify Coverage:
Members or providers can verify date of coverage and coverage of family members, and verify deductibles and coverage balances. Members can also obtain coverage of services like vision, orthodontics and other medical specialties. This application can include in-network and out-of-network information such as co-payments.

Change of Address:
Allows members to change address and other patient information by collecting patient ID, personal information and the effective date of a new address.
